What to Expect

• Brand New Facility (Opening Fall 2026): Be the first to play inside the stunning new sports dome at 20 Woolner Trail in Kitchener.
• Massive 32-Game Season: Maximum playing time with 32 games guaranteed.
• Incredible Space: Massive, soaring ceiling heights with two games running at the exact same time.
• All-Inclusive Fees: All umpire fees are completely included in your registration package so you never have to bring cash to the field.
• Social & Fun Atmosphere: Great competition meets an excellent social scene.
• Premium Amenities: Pristine indoor turf and comfortable, indoor heated washrooms.
• Prizing Every Session: Champions earn cash or apparel prizes.

Season & Format

• Season Length: 16 weeks total (32 games guaranteed).
• Doubleheader Format: Game 1 plays a full 7 innings. Game 2 plays out the remaining time (total of 1 hour 40 minutes per set).
• Playoffs Included: Yes! Every league ends with structured playoff rounds or a championship game.

Game Times

• Fridays: Matches are scheduled weekly with a tentative 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM start for the first game.

Flexible Payment Plan
To help captains manage team fees without the heavy upfront burden, we are offering an automated, staged payment schedule spread across the season:

• Deposit: $250 due at registration to lock in your team's spot.
• Payment 2: $2,500 due before your first game.
• Payment 3: $2,000 due on December 15th.
• Final Balance: Remaining balance due on February 1st.
