When will the video of my game be available?
Videos are typically available within 2–5 business days after the game, depending on the location, game duration, file size, and other technical factors.
Why does it sometimes take longer for a video to appear?
Several factors can delay posting:
- Large video file sizes
- Slow or limited internet connection at the game location
- Cloud upload or processing delays
- Unplanned software updates or technical malfunctions
Are all games guaranteed to be recorded?
No. While we try to capture as many games as possible, recording cannot be guaranteed. Some reasons a game may not be recorded include:
- Equipment malfunction
- Storage limitations or cloud issues
- Unexpected technical problems during recording
Can I get a copy of the video faster?
Videos follow the standard upload and processing workflow. Rapid delivery is generally not possible due to file sizes and platform processing. Please allow the 2–5 business day window.
What should I do if my game video is not available after 5 business days?
Contact our support team at video@stadiumsportleagues.com with the game date and team name. We’ll investigate and provide an update.
Can I rely solely on these videos for training or game analysis?
Videos are provided as a supporting resource. They may not capture every play perfectly, and availability is subject to technical limitations.
Will the video capture the entire game?
We aim to record the full game, but some footage may be missed due to equipment limits, camera angles, or technical interruptions.
Will highlights or edits be provided?
Only raw game footage is uploaded. Highlights, edits, or commentary are not typically provided.
