• Minimum 3 females on the field.   Goalkeeper does not count towards Gender.

The kickoff times will range from 11am - 8pm (please see notes below). We will balance out the kick off times as fairly and evenly as possible but players must understand that this will mean they are expected to play 2-3 games in each time slot.

• The season runs  May - September 2026
• 2 X 40 Minute Halves
• Central Tech, Monarch Park (NEW TURF Fall 2025), St. Patrick Field and Michael Power Field, will be the primary fields used for this league.
• There will be NO games on long weekends: May 16, August 1 and Sept 5.
• This league WILL be fully Refereed with Assistants (Linesmen).
• Teams will receive bye weeks.
• Teams will receive a minimum of 10 games and up to 12 games depending on the league format and how far teams progress in the Playoffs.
